Baseline Evaluations/Equipment Handout

Baseline Evaluations will take place this week for those who participated in Summer Training Program.  We will also handle any and all equipment issues for Varsity Players Only, between 7:30-9:00 AM Monday through Thursday

Monday- Front Squat
Tuesday- Bench Press
Wednesday- Trap Bar Deadlift
Thursday- Hang Clean
