Scituate Girls Soccer

We're excited to launch our Summer Strength Training Program specifically designed for high school girls' soccer players looking to elevate their game!

Focus Areas:

Strength Development – Build the power needed to dominate on the field

Deceleration Training – Improve control, change of direction, and injury prevention

Conditioning – Enhance endurance, speed, and soccer-specific fitness

This program is tailored to support the unique demands of the game, that emphasizes performance and safety.

📅 Starts: Monday, June 30, 2025

📍 Location: Scituate High School Weight Room and Turf Fields

⏰ Time: 10:15-11:30; Mondays and Wednesdays beginning June 30th and ending August 20th

💪 Open to all incoming 9th–12th grade players
